Description (Project Outputs) : This hydraulic vulcanisation press, which we have specially designed for the production of 2000 mm rubber wedges, will be the prototype of a machine that can manufacture vibration damping wedges of different widths and heights.
In the developing renewable energy sector, the use of rubber mounts that both absorb vibration and provide electrical insulation for the legs of windmills is increasing day by day.
For this sector, studies for the production of metalised wedges in giant sizes are gaining importance day by day.
In addition, we think that the demand for rubber wedges in sizes much larger than standard sizes at bridge piers and railway connection points will increase in the near future.
